Ran a 5K this morning. It was quite fun. Surprisingly after a month of not running, I was able to be alright. My last 5K I ran the whole time. This 5K was a little harder to run the entire time, but I did pretty good. I only walked up hill. Some had long, strenuous inclines, so I opted out on those. Overall, it was a success. We got free water and a shirt. CN Blue was also there. Well, only Jongshin and Jonghyun. Good enough for me. Unfortunately I was not able to capture photos, but it was very nice to be in the run. It was a donation run for children in orphanages. It only cost 10,000 KRW (~$9.50) Good deal.
I'll just keep stretching so I won't have too much pain tomorrow. I hope... :)
